QuoTHiC (Quantification of Transcription Heterogeneity in Cells) provides functions to calculate transcription heterogeneity indices like Silhouette score, Shannon entropy, Simpson’s index (TBA), and the Gini index (TBA) for single-cell RNA-seq data using Seurat objects.
